So you’re thinking of ditching tradition and opting for an elopement? Why not go a step further and make your day full of adventure! If you are looking to add a little something extra to your elopement, here are some ideas to get you started!
Use your elopement as a chance to check off a bucket list item. The location alone can be an amazing and unique adventure. (Check out my bucket list locations for special pricing!) Pacific Northwest mountains or coast, Arizona desert, a beach in the Caribbean, or maybe somewhere abroad? SO MANY OPTIONS!
Here are some ideas for what activities you can do throughout your day, to make even more wonderful memories:
● A hot air balloon ride or even get married up in the air.
● A sunset picnic with your favorite food and drinks. I can totally help with this, I have
amazing vendors we can work with!
● Get in the ocean with your wedding attire on. This is amazingly romantic, such a fun way
to end the day.
● Getting in the hot tub and sipping champagne in celebration.
● Setting up a campfire and making smores together.
● Nevertheless, if saying “I Do!” up in the air isn’t your thing, you can still add something extra to your elopement day. We can plan an extra day for you and your partner to just spend adventuring.
● Do a first dance with live music! This is one of my favorite things to do with my couples. It can be affordable and so amazing to have someone playing just for the two of you.
● Helicopter ride over OR to somewhere. Alaska or Hawaii would be the perfect spot for
this!
● Rent a sailboat or paddle boards. Consider exploring and including the elements that are
around you.
Lastly, your elopement can happen in the mountains, at the sand dunes or on the beach. It’s such a special experience. These are just a few ideas or things my couples have done in the past. Above all, I’m always up for an adventure, so if you have something else in mind, let’s chat!
