Seacliff Manor Waterfront Venue.

Wedding details on a wood floor

Sarah and Jared held their wedding at the iconic Seacliff Manor in Long island, NY. This waterfront venue overlooks Hempstead Bay. It has old world vibes with a modern elegance twist. This venue was the perfect choice for the couples art deco styled wedding, complete with speakeasy on site.

Sarah donned a plunging, understated satin gown. She wore a stunning pearl studded veil that added such a delicate touch of glamor to her whole look. Sarah was sleek and timeless, truly an image of beauty.

Jared looked dashing in a tan windowpane suit with a dark green bowtie. Less traditional than a tuxedo, but his look fit their aesthetic perfectly. His boutonniere, lille Sarah’s bouquet, featured neutral colors and greenery.

Their first look was intimate and emotional. Just the two of them before the ceremony began. This was such a special moment, really just being able to see the love shared between them as they stand at the precipice of starting a life together.

Time together the day of

It’s so important to carve out time with you and your partner for portraits just the two of you. The wedding day can be such a whirlwind, so clocking off a few chunks of 20-25 minutes, ensures that we capture the magic of the two of you on your special day. I’m so glad Sarah and Jared put this time into their itinerary, it’s amazing how many pictures you can get in just 20 minutes.

The venue had a speakeasy on site, which was perfect for some flash photography. This style is becoming increasingly popular for its magazine-esque look. We had so much fun playing around with the candid shots and posed portraits. This was such a unique feature in the venue, we wanted to take full advantage.

After the emotional ceremony, everyone headed inside to dance the night away. This wedding reception was the definition of celebration. So many smiles and laughs, this was a night to remember.

Even though I no longer live in NY, I love to travel back to the Hudson Valley for weddings. It is such a beautiful place and still feels like home. I would love to capture your special day, contact me for my travel availability.
